50% deposit must be placed upon booking, remainder due upon pick up. Deposits are non-refundable.
Once a booking is confirmed, you can exchange your booking to a different date if the dress is still available, but deposits are strictly non-refundable.
You agree to provide your current credit card details or a $200 bond in the event there is a late drop-off fee or damage to the dress.
If the dress is not returned to KKW Perth within 2 days of your event, each additional day will incur a $30 late fee.
If you have booked a dress and do not wish to wear it, 48 hours notice needs to be given; otherwise, you will need to pay for the full hire price.
Professional dry cleaning is included in your hire and you agree that no attempts will be made to clean, alter, iron, or press the garment(s) (unless otherwise arranged).
All dress rentals have a picture taken prior to pickup for evidence of post-condition. You agree to treat our product with the utmost care. You agree not to remove any tags from the garment(s) and will be charged the recommended retail price if any tags are removed. You will be required to pay for any damage caused to the apparel (including but not limited to stains, pulls, rips, and tears).
It is up to the discretion of KKW Perth to decide how much is charged for damage. If the item is deemed beyond repair, you will be charged the recommended retail price of the garment(s). What is deemed “unrepairable” is at the discretion of KKW Perth.
